This morning we started with a discussion on our focus topics (litter, marine, energy). Due to the opportunities that have arisen during the year with project funding and support from Alwoodley 2030, we have changed our focus over the year to biodiversity, waste and travel. The Eco-Committee agreed to change our focus topics.
We are now two weeks into our travel to school campaign and we looked at and discussed WOW Travel data on website and how we might use it.
It is also the end of April and so we had a discussion on distribution of the WOW badges.
Next Tuesday morning, those of us that are able, will be meeting at the Park and Stride (Park and Ride) on King Lane to meet Strider, the Living Streets mascot, to walk to school.
