During our first Eco-Committee meeting of 2023 we looked at the additional questions section of the Environmental Review of the school. In answering the questions we discovered that a number of things that happened in school prior to the COVID lockdown have not happened recently so we will be looking to see if we can encourage them to restart.
We also discussed the idea of having a regular Eco-Assembly, the possibility of having Role Model for the environment (but maybe that is what the Eco-Committee are?), writing articles about our areas of concern and interest, and participating in Alwoodley 2030 and the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch.
Thank you to everyone who attended, you can read the minutes of the meeting here. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 8th February at 8:30am
