One of the nest boxes in our school has been occupied, not by birds but by white tailed bumblebees!

Unfortunately, the bees had chosen to nest close to where our children play so we had to arrange for them to be re-homed. We contacted a local beekeeper called Adrian who came into school and carefully removed them. They are now living on his allotment where there are plenty of flowers and blossom for them to feed.
